I put all my chat logs and some documents in a CLEAR BOOK. I just want to ask if Do I need to pull out all the papers that will asked from me? or I will just give the clear book since I already separated chat logs in one clear book and all supporting documents, prior meeting in person and so on in another clear book?..

I don't know specifically what a "CLEAR BOOK" is but papers handed to the CO at interview must pass through a small teller window like at a bank. Things like three ring binders are too big. What I usually suggest is that people organize their papers in logical categories and put them in a $5. accordion file. Then just pull out the section asked for and slide it under the window. You don't hand over everything at once, just what they ask for, which is sometimes nothing.

Anything you put into sheet covers besides perhaps pictures, will need to be removed at some point to go in the file, so don't annoy the CO by doing that.

I put all my documents in a clearbooks also, i just gave the whole clearbook to the Consular Officer. I used 5 clearbooks with 20 pages each for my interview documents. I put labels on each clearbook and side tabs for easy reference. The thickness of your clearbook must be less than one inch so that it will fit the window slot.

When Claudeth did the preinterview the clerk took several documents and made copies of them. Not sure why, we had extras.
