Greetings! My wife is in the US on CR1, been here 5 months now. We just moved. Does she still need to complete an AR-11? Do I as a citizen need to fill anything out aswell?

I noticed the USCIS website said people with pending cases need to fill it out, but we already have the CR1\green card\SSN etc.

October 16 - I-130 Approved.                                                   March 24, 2017 - Received I-797C, Notice of Action

October 25 - Received I-797

October 27 - Sent I-129F to Chicago

October 30 - I-129F received at Chicago

November 1 - Received NVC Case Number

November 25 - Received Packet from NVC

November 27 - I-129F transfered to CA Service Center

your wife isn't here on a CR1 visa.. that is how she got into the US but she is now a Permanent resident

as a permanent resident if she moves she needs to fill out a AR-11 regardless if she has a pending case or not.. you can do this online here...

if the sponsor moves they need to fill out a I-865 and mail it in...
