I got one non-English speaking Hispanic grandmother. No joke. I'm talking at least 75 years old. I thought it was sweet, because I figure she was just getting some candy to give to her grandkids anyway, right?

probably, mabe her grandkids were too scared to go door to door or something

Well who could refuse a grandmother? Toward the end of the night when we had candy still left, we just started telling the kids to get as much as they wanted.
