My EAD was just sent a request from the [mis]Info line to NBC/MSC for being outside of processing time (2nd lvl IO). Does anyone have experience with how this works? From what she said it can take 30-45 days to receive a response on how they will proceed. So what is the point in this if they are just going to delay more? I am at a loss at how this is efficient or a benefit to me. :/

Anyone have anything sent up a level and have an experience to share?

Hi Brad,

No experience to share but I hope you will share yours when you hear something. My Brother in law's EAD has just been escalated today as well, for being outside of the processing time (accepted July 17th - so at 107 days now).
