Is there a fee for the waiver that needs filed if a divorce is finalized before the permanent green card arrives?

The "waiver" as it is called is simply Form I-751 filed again with "d" checked in the section that states under what basis the alien is applying. Fees are noted on the forms instructions, but to be sure that you are using the correct and most up-to-date form, with the corresponding current and up-to-date fee, check the USCIS web site.

Would that be considered a new I-751 and one would need to send another 545$ ?? or would they consider it part of the original one with the need for a status change?
