When buying plane tickets should we put the name under her maiden name on her passport or should we use her mnarried name as on the green card.

Book tickets using the name in passport, the airline officials require the name to match passport name.

Also carry a copy of marriage cert to show name change if any questions arise.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

You have to get the tickets issued in whatever name her *proof of citizenship* documents you'll be using, ie passport. Than you need to bring an ORIGINAL of the marriage certificate. You have to prove how she went from one name to the next, but no copies....originals only.
