Hi Everyone,

Well I actually got through to CSC with the RFE trick and found that we have FINALLY been assigned a Case Officer, the customer service rep said it is usually a couple of weeks until we hear anything after assignment but did not know when we were assigned. Can anybody tell me there experiences of how long it took?

Thanks!

Can't say personally, but we have a guy in our forum that they said that to a month ago and still nothing. Some said they are just saying this to get people off the phone. Well, luckily for you if the CSC keeps pumping them out and with your early June date, barring any issues with your petition I would say you should be approved within a month.

I can only hope that I am assigned and that I have a kick ### speedy officer. I just check the CSC processing times and they are now processing K1s filed on April 12th....hmmmm

Several May filers on here have been told the same thing by the customer service reps. and they are still waiting.

Does not make sense that they could tell you that you were assigned but not when. Wouldn't that info be on their computer along with who was assigned the case. For your sake I hope it is true. Good luck
