Hi Me again!

When i was gettin my stuff together for the AOS i am sure that you needed to get 2 photo's for the I-485

And 2 photo's for something else what do you need the other 2 photo's for???????

12/30/2005 Arrived in the USA (Finally made it

02/17/2006 received my social security number

03/10/2006 We Got Married!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

04/19/2006 Sent in AOS & EAD papers

04/27/2006 Touched for AOS & EAD

05/11/2006 Biometrics for AOS & EAD[/color]

06/07/2006 Received AOS appointment letter (july 14th 06)

07/07/2006 Recieved EAD

07/14/06 AOS APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in less than 3 months (that's unbeleivable)

4/21/08 Filed I-751

4/26/08 Check cashed

4/28/08 NOA received

5/16/08 Attended Biometrics

9/12/08 Green Card arrived in mail :-)

If you are also filing for EAD and/or Advance Parole, you'll need to send two photos with each of those. So you will be submitting a total of six photos if you're submitting the AOS, EAD, and AP in the same package.

January 4, 2006 - received in Chicago

January 27, 2006 - RFE for medical received

February 13, 2006 - Medical received

February 15, 2006 - Biometrics appointment at 10 am

March 1, 2006 - AP touched

March 4, 2006 - AP received

March 8, 2006 - EAD received

March 29, 2006 - interview notice received - May 31, 2006

May 31, 2006 - Successful interview!!! Approved

June 12, 2006 - Green card received

Feb 28, 2008 - will be sending removal of conditions docs.

All passport style photos.

rch99 is right.

you need 2 for I-485, 2 for EAD and 2 for AP. Which is 6 for all three. nyc said you needed 7, and that extra one would go to I-130 if it is filed in the US.
