Does anyone know of a 3rd party website that I can book a flight on Cebu Pacific from Cebu to Manila? Cebu Pacific's website does not except Visa or Mastercard's from the US. I am aware that I can just send the money and have my fiancee go to the office in Cebu, but if I can book online I'd rather do it that way.

Thanks

You'll typically get cheaper fares online, so I'd go the online route. I'm a USC and I booked several of mine and J's flights on cebupacificair.com with my American Visa card. Your card issuer or bank might have international blocks put on your card to prevent fraud, and that might be why you seemingly can't use it. Before I even thought of booking my flights within the Philippines, I called my bank and asked them to allow any and all charges coming from Filipino companies for a set date range. Had no problems booking flights or using my cards while in country.

No it's not my banks I used my cards in Hong Kong, Cebu Pacific's site clearly states they are not excepting Visa or Mastercards from the USA

Odd...I just used mine in like April to book two Cebu-Pacific flights (I even won a prize on one of the flights we took in May!!)!!! Maybe they changed something...who knows? Anyway, if they did, I guess I don't have an answer to your question.

You are correct, they do not accept USA Visa or Mastercard on the website, but they will accept it by phone. Figure out which flight you want from the website, and then call them at:

Manila Office:

Tel: +63-2-70-20-888

Cebu Office:

Tel: +63-32-230-8888

I just talked to them on the phone last night, about this exact issue.

If it's going to be, it's up to me!

Send her the money and let her purchase the ticket.

Being that Eve is pregnant I do whatever I can to make things easier for her. The last time I was there the line in Cebu Pacific’s office was out the door so if it mean spending a few more $$ to make her comfortable I don’t mind.
