What you will have to do, after entry upon a K1 visa, is to marry your fiance, the petioner, within 90 days - that's how long the visa is valid once you enter the US. Don't fail to do that! There is no limit on when to file for AOS I believe, but of course, the sooner you do it after your marriage, the faster you will be done with all the paperwork and considered a permanent resident and be able to work etc.

Your K1 visa condition is that you marry within 90 days. You may file AOS at any time after that, meaning that you dont have to file within the 90 day timeframe only to get married.

Preferably file as soon as possible, for several reasons, ie EAD and that 2 years after approval you can remove the conditions and 3 years after approval (of your original AOS, not the 10 year card) you are eligible for citizenship.
