I originally thought the 751 (lifting condition of marriage) had to be filed within 90 days of our second wedding anniversary, but I am looking at my husband's passport and this says to file before the one year mark of receipt of his green card (which is more than 6 months after our second wedding anniversay).

Just want to check in with this group and see if I need to file now (2nd wedding anniversary is on January 1 2008) or in 90 days before June 7 2008 (green card was issued June 7, 2006)??

Wedding anniversary has nothing to do with when you lift conditions. You file to lift conditions within 90 days BEFORE the expiration of the conditional green-card. (Within 90 days before June 7, 2008)

Your profile shows K-1 visa applied for, yet you are dicussing lifting conditions, please change profile to AOS Approved, and do a timeline, it helps know the big picture.

It should be filed within 90 days before the GC (conditional) expires (=> you can start filing around March 10, 2008).
