Didn't you prepare the form yourself? That is associated with people that prepare these forms for clients.

If you didnt prepare the petition for a client, yes you leave that part alone :)

Put NONE and N/A where it applys.

G-28 is a form you sign for a lawyer to do your trip!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
