Hi guys!

I have one question for those who know:

What exactly happens after NOA2? I read somewhere, that a fee-bill is being sent from the NVC to the USC. What exactly needs the USC to do then? :help:

I ask because my fiance, the USC, will be working in Germany from Nov-Jan  , and he will thus need to bring all the documents that I will need for the interview, with him.

If the NVC requires some mailing back-and-forth and paying bills, he will need to forward his mail to Germany, and arrange for that.

Thanks for your answers!!!
