Hi..you may check your case status on their website if they update it.

In my case, I registered on their website and choosed to receive email from them if ever they update my case.

When I sent the RFE last August 30, they sent me e-mail notice last September 6 that they received it.

sometimes they do. sometimes they don't. we didn't receive an email that they received it. I sent it certified mail so I could track online that it was delivered.

We are already registered online and also set to recieve emails but have never recieved any before. As far as sending it certified...we sent it usps and they said we couldn't get any kind of tracking on it since it was going to a PO box. So now we're just waiting to see if we hear anything back or just recieved a interview date. I'm kinda anxious that they'll never get back to us and we'll be screwed.
