Hi all,

I am hoping someone out there can help me with this matter.

Yesterday my wife and I went to the immigration office for an interview I-130. Everything was fine. But in order for them to send my wife the Green Card we have to mail them the birth certificate.

My wife was born in the refugee camp in Thailand. During that time they didn't issue her a birth certificate. Can you anyone help me or show me where to obtain those birth certificate or is there any other way that i can solve it. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!

CHRIS :crying:

Is there any type of documentation you can get in the absence of a birth certificate? I have no idea if you will be able to get one in this case, but if you cannot, there may be other acceptable documentation.

I would suggest contacting the government in Thailand if they have any documentation or if they can provide anything that would suffice.
