1) Is it really necessary to copy entire I-129 F packet or after it is approved do they send it back to me so I can send it to my fiancee?

Also, I live with my mom and dad and brother (4 people including me in the house).

2) When I submit the affidavit of support do I need to be above the poverty line for 2 people(fiancee and me) or for 5 people (mom, dad, brother, fiancee, me)? Also, I am attaching a lot of extra court documents. I have 5 different courthouses that I got incredibly minor offenses in. I placed each court documentation inside of a corresponding envelope with the corresponding court house. For example 36th district courthouse envelope and inside is the papers for a charge for MIP (minor in possession of alcohol). Another envelope with another courthouse and the charges I have for that courthouse, and so on and so on. !!!!@@#@! FIVE TOTAL. I think it is more organized that way.

3) Or should I take all the documents out of each envelope, put a safety pin around them, and have the officer figure it out for himself?

India, gun buyback and steamroll.

1) Not required, but what happens if for some reason the consular officer requests to see something that was in that package and your SO does not have it to show them?

2) Do you claim your mother father and siblings on your taxes? are they your dependents? if not then DONT count them. Only count your dependents, that is your children, yourself and your fiancee.

The copy of your I-129F submission is for your fiancee's reference in preparation for the interview. Since the court records could be asked about, she should have a copy of everything. IMBRA is mostly about making sure she's informed of your criminal record, so inform her.

No, they don't send your petition back to you after approval. Make the copies before you send it.

Your court records will be removed from any envelope they are in, when your case file is assembled at the service center, so I would simply organize them and label them as needed. Make it easy. Difficult means delays.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

As Pushbrk said -- also:

Regarding #1: Many Staples (Office Depot, etc) have copiers that can batch-process your documents. This saved lots of time when we photocopied our 99 page application :) Only works for the plain 8.5x11 part of the app, though (remember to take out the pages with photos etc and do them separately!)

Regarding #3: What about dividers? Just my own experience, but we used 3-ring binder dividers (without a 3 ring binder) to break down the documents into sections. There was one for I-129F, one for each G-325a, one for evidence we'd met, and so forth. The whole thing was kept together with a big honkin' binder clip (I don't know the right name for those... it's black and has two little handles that you can then flip down around the paper) so it's nice and easy for the USCIS agent to remove it, toss the clip, and put it in the USCIS standard binder. Like Pushbrk said, make his job easy...
