My fiancé in Sealy, Texas sent a petition for k-1 visa by FedEx on may 6th, 2007 but we haven't received anything from the Texas service centre yet. She tried to call the service but only got to talk to the national customer service in New York. They only gave her only the fax of the Texas service centre. They said Texas service has no customer phone line or at least that's what she got. The problem is that I have changed the address in Morocco since July the first but because I don’t have a case number, me and my fiancé don't even know how to let Texas service know about the new address. We only know the fax number. My fiancée faxed the Texas service center a few weeks ago telling them that we need the case number to let them know about the change of address but no reply yet. Can some one please suggest a piece of advice? Can some one tell us the Texas phone number? Or what to do? Thanks in advance.

None of the sevivce centers publishes a direct line telephone number, besides Texas does not process K-1's so calling them would be moot as your petition is not there but in California... Your only option is the USCIS mis-information 800 number or wait for approval and contact the consulate with the new addy
