RFE for I-751 after being interviewed

TSC asked for more RFE even thou i had a interview 5 months ago in march we showed them pile of pappers and now asked for same thing again like tax for last 2 years, bank statement for 6 months, health insurance which i don't have now, joint utlity bills , joint mortgage account or deed, and if i had a child together since marriage.

what is your opinion will i get another interview or an approval or denial :| .i have send them almost every thing.

or you think they are just checking that we are still together and still have our pappers and all are upto date. and how long that process take after RFE been sent august 22 i am worried. i filled in april 2006 i751.april 2006 . sent i751

may 2006 . recieved the 1 year extension

NOletter for Biametric

feb 2007 . letter recived for interview

march 2007 . interviewed and been told security check & didnt said any thing abt the decision

aug 2007 . RFE recieved

aug 2007 . RFE Sent

and now still waitng

help needed please reply me anything in your mind or any of you experienced this before

yes i did i sent them everything i had credit card copies, ID copies, bank statement, telephone bills, cable bills, tax staement irs print out, my old life insurance that we had together, the only thing i did,nt send was joint morgage bec we live with my dad.

Timeline

tumbin, in your timeline you mention security checks. Did you file AOS (Adjustment of Status) previous to lifting conditions or did you come on a different type of visa? Just curious if you had a wait for security checks while applying for AOS, if you went that route. Did you have your father write a letter and have it notarized that you and your spouse live with him? That would just be an idea of more evidence. From past experience I believe the biometrics expire after 15 months, so if you last had your biometric appointment longer than 15 months ago there is a possibility you may receive another biometrics letter. Have you contacted your local Senator of Congressperson for assistance since your case seems to be overdue?

designermedusa, i filed for 1485 in aug 2003 got an interview for AOS aug 2004 got approved right there.

no i did't send any letter saying that we live with him. bec i send them our house deed which is on my name but we are living with my dad.i called uscis they said anyone filled before april 2006 they don't require for their biomatric.no i have not contact anyone yet bec i don't know how. just waitng for an answer after the RFE
