Hi,

When my fiance and I filled out the AOS package, we were living with my parents, and at the time I didn't have a job, so I used my dad as a cosponsor on the avadavit of support. Since then, we have moved, and I have a job. I am wondering about submitting my change of address. Will they call into question my dad as my cosponsor if I change my address? Is it even necessary to change my address, since I still get mail at their house, or would this generate problems later?

Thanks

I would file the AR-11 to report the change of address for the non American, it is the law to file an AR-11 with on 10 days of any move. The AR-11 wont change the address associated with the I-485 petition, you may call to get it changed or leave it as is since any mail will continue to be sent to your parent's home.

And no it wont call into question your co-sponsor.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
