I have a summons citation for a fight the other person also got the same summons citation as i did

will i need a waiver in my state this is a crime of no record but NCIC will prouble see this on record

i have no realation to the persone i had fight with and their was no injures to me or him more of a argument

push and shove

will i need a waiver or is this going to cause me a big proublem

Sounds like you would not have to answer yes to the IMBRA crime related questions on the I-129F, so no, it's not a problem of any kind. Outside IMBRA, the USC's minor criminal record isn't an issue. Recently, we had a member with a USC husband who just got out of prison. Her concern was with showing enough recent employment for sponsorship. Criminal records of the intending immigrant are a different matter altogether.
