Gmorning my friends

My fiance is US citizen and I have to fill some info in the G325a (

fienacee's side). But I got one trouble with my last 5 year semployment

status. I had 2 years working with a foreign company, but the problem was I

signed contract with a head hunter agent, that meaned I worked in the

outsourcing case.So please advice me what should I fill in the G325A form,

name of the head hunter or the company I worked for. May I fill the name of

company I worked for and attached the letter from that company verified the

time I worked for them? Will the US consellor in my country take it

seriously when they check

Currently I am working for another foreign company and signed contract with

them directly. So there is no matter with the present employment status

Any1 who experienced this case, :( please help me, I am very confused

Thanks every1 a lot

Put the name of the company you work directly for - that's who you work for. They are looking for your biographical background information and nothing much more than that so no need to worry - it's unlikely they will check into it and even if they do, it's true that you work there and that's all the matters.

Thanks Kitkat1 a lot. For example, I signed contract with A ( headhunter agent) and worked for B company ( for 2 years), no contract with company B at all. Then I will fill the name of B company and attched a letter with company B stamp to verify that I truely worked for them. Is that ok?

Dear beckypua: I am working in my country only. But there was a confusing matter with my contract. because I got that job when I just finished Univ, I was too fesh to take full care about the contract or some kinds of that. I heard ppl say that US check info very strictly, if they find any confusing points, they might deny the visa. So I feel very worried.

Anyway, I hope things would go smoothly if we confident in oursefves . Thanks a lot for your helpful hands

Just put the information regarding the company you work for or worked for in the past. Nothing on the form requires you to attach a letter from the company. You verify that it's true by signing the form which indicates the information is true so you don't need anything else.
