Boo-Yah! what specifically are your objections to the state of New Jersey?

None Number_6. I was stirring you guys up. If you have not figured that out by now; you never will.

It is like the minority comment I threw out in another thread. Rather than asking why would this guy come out in an immigration forum and say stuff like that; Everyone jumped on my back and took it personally and fired back on a personal level. Which then pissed me off, so I fired back as well..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

One of my sisters is at Lehigh. I've dropped her off at school a few times after breaks and between Allentown and Bethlehem backs up for no apparent reason on Sunday afternoons.

Don't know how familiar you are with the area but Rt 22 between Union and North Plainfield is the same way. Backups for no reason at any time at all. Weird.

Unfortunately too familiar! My sister blames it on the NJ drivers. She's thinking of working in Allentown after she graduates, though.

If she can find work in Allentown, that works out well. Not really an option for me unfortunately since most of the IT work in this region is clustered in Manhattan and the "gold coast" with significant clusters of work also in Somerset county around Bridgewater. Even if I found a job in Allentown and moved out there, the odds are my next job will be right back here in the belly of the beast :)

When you hit Union its usually because of the shopping district with pull in driveways on left and right. Always seems to pick up after you pass Best Buy.

She's in industrial engineering, and she took an internship with a manufacturing firm out there this summer and is now deciding whether she wants to go there or head to Wall Street.

No. Is it good?

There's an excellent Mexican restaurant in Iselin I can recommend. Jose Tejas.

I've been to Jose Tejas millions of times. It's a 10 min drive for me. It's technically Tex-Mex, not actual mexican. If you want good mexican go to any mexican area and walk in to a hole in the wall place where the signs are in spanish and they don't speak English. Great mexican food! I've tried that a few times in Bound brook, havent been disappointed yet.

And I don't know about rio22. Was wondering if it's worth it. Star Ledger review says it's expensive.

ps. Jose Tejas is in Woodbridge on Rt 1. We talking about the same place?

It looks it - probably why we never tried it. Also I'm not a huge fan of sushi. There's also a good indian place down by the Springfield theater - but that's expensive too.
