Hi,

:help:

I received email from USCIS that my green card was sent on 29 June, 2007, but I never receive it by now.

Should I make an infopass appointment to see what happens first or is it the right time to file the I-90 for a new card? Or any other advice?

Thank you very much for all your kindly help. :)

did u receive a welcome letter, there is a number saying if u dont recieve your green card in 3 weeks to call thar number.

and if u decide to send I 90 i think u have to send the fee, even though it says for people who havent receve there cards dont own a fee,

but i read a case here on visa journey that she sent them without fee and maybe after 3 months later receive an email she owns a fee, cause they send the card and its not there fault she hadnt receive it, only if she the card is returned to them as undeliverable then u dont have to pay fee,

but before take any action, calll the phone number, or have an infopass

Make an infopass appointment..... there is no point in calling the 0800 they can not help you with this.... when you go for infopass you need to find out if your Greencard was mailed and when... if it was ask if it has been returned by USPS... if it has not been returned then you are going to have to file form I-90 and pay the fee for a replacement card.... if it has been returned then you will be able to get it replaced at no cost...
