Travel Ban Country. Can parents travel to the US with their B1/B2 visa after IR5 approval?

Hello group, quick question.

 

Parents have their interview in 3 weeks in Guatemala. We have couple of trips planned in the Us for the months of June and July.

Hoping everything goes well with their interview and knowing Guatemala is inside the travel ban the result will be "221g that read you have been found ineligible for immigrant visa under section 221g of the immigration and nationality act."

 

Can they still travel to the Us back and forth without any issues while using their B1/B2? One of my parents travels to the US 2-3 times a year for training with his company using his visa as well.

 

Any inputs are appreciated.

Unless the consulate voids the B2 visas, yes.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
