Explanation letter Not filing taxes that Manila accepted?

Anyone have letter you used and was accepted US embassy Manila interviewer?

I am not sure I have seen someone having options as to why they did not file.

Assuming some sort of family visa needing I-134 or I-864... if not, skip directly to the last question below and clarify what type of visa

 

Are you planning to provide petitioner's tax IRS transcripts up to and including TY2024, and trying to justify not having a TY2025 one?

 

Or are you trying to justify not providing any IRS tax transcripts or tax returns at all?  Will you be providing petitioner's W-2s?  Is petitioner working?  In the US or in Philippines?

 

Or is this regarding beneficiary's Philippines ITR / lack of one?

Petitioner not filed due to not meeting required threshold listed on IRS public website, assets meet IR1 visa requirements and seen many people getting visa with a letter explaining why not filed so just looking for a real sample that someone used for similar reasons, thanks;)
