Hi,

I received RFE for police and court records. I was arrested for public intoxication in 2007 and cleared upon arrest. In 2009 arrested for criminal trespass and it was later expunged in 2015. I submitted all documents from court and police records that I could. Does anyone have experience with how long approval will take? It’s now three weeks pending from rfer. Just curious on recent past experiences.

not that it impacts it, but I submitted my military documents showing 16 years of high performance and my soldier data sheet articulating TS clearance. Obviously anything that would prohibit a TS clearance would prohibit a K1 visa petition. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Timing on responses to RFEs at USCIS is mostly officer / workload dependant. It can range from a few days to a few months unfortunately.
