For financial support for Form I-134, I have been seeing some conflicting information. I have been told that 3 years of tax information is required, but I can't find this anywhere on the uscis website? Does anyone have a reference for this? I won't have 3 years, so I am worried. I will be able to provide my tax information for the 2025 tax year, which will reflect a 6 figure salary. But I graduated from grad school last year, so my income was very low for the 2024 tax year and will not meet the amount required. For my 2023 taxes, I will be able to show that my income was sufficient based on poverty threshold guidelines. I'm just a little confused about what the expectations are for what documents I will need to submit when the time comes. Would appreciate any information!!
