I'd say if don't hear anything, arrange InfoPass and get ADIT stamp beginning of December.

How does the ADIT work and how long does it normally take , it would appear it was sent out but not received as missing apartment number .waiting for tier 2 callback ?

Right address but think apartment number was missing from application , not sure why as completed online then printed document

Try to get the ADIT stamp in your passport. (need to go to the field office for it though). It has the added benefit that you can check with the person, giving you the actual stamp, to make sure they have the correct address (including apt number) in their system.
