No way of knowing unfortunately. Extended AP is very common for Pakistanis, it can vary between a few weeks to much longer.

What was the confusion on the divorce certificate?

We submit the both documents khula and talaq both so the khula one date is after my marriage

OK, so looking at the country specific guideline it says "For immigration purposes, a Muslim divorce in Pakistan is only considered valid upon the completion of a 90-day period after the notice of divorce is delivered to the Union Council. The Divorce Registration Certificate will indicate if the divorce was a Talaq (initiated by the husband) or Khula (initiated by the wife). "

So what does the DRC say, does that say Talaq?

We mistakenly submitted khula DRC with first petition then once it pointed out by uscis, we filed the second petition with talaq DRC, they issued AP to verify both DRC as dates are different

So you have two different divorce certs with different dates on for the same marriage? I don't know how divorce works in Pakistan but I can see why they want to verify things, if they think he was not yet divorced when he married you, it would mean there would be no basis for him to petition you.

Yes, here both husband and wife can file for divorce and can get the certificate,  we aren't aware of it and accidentally submitted first the ex wife khula DRC.
