My Parents were married and my mom filed for I-130 Petition for Spouse in the early 2000’s. The petition was approved but then my parents divorced shortly after.
My Brother and I are now over 21 years of age and are wondering if we need to file a new Petition for Parent or if the approved Petition for Spouse would still be accepted? And if it is, then we could just file Form I-485 and go from there. Any feedback would be appreciated!

It’s not clear, who’s the US citizen? Was the I-130 filed BY your mother or FOR your mother? Where are you now and where is your mother?

My mother is the US Citizen, my mother filed I-130 for my father who is a Mexican citizen but he lives in the US. My brother and I were born in the US and we all still live in the US.

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Taiwan

So, your father is wanting a Green card?  If so, how did he enter the US?

Right, so the I-130 filed by your mother is irrelevant if they're now divorced. As @Crazy Cat asked, what's your father's status in the US and how did he enter and when?
