No Tracking Number

My case status changed to "Card was produced" (Yay!!) yesterday, but tracking number is unavailable. It's not showing up on my informed delivery either. I have a little bit on anxiety because I moved and worried that they may have sent it to my old address, even though I did my due diligence and updated my address and everything. My submission history online also says it was new address was accepted and everything.

 

Is there a way to get the tracking number?

If it was only produced yesterday, it'll take a few days to be packaged and put in the mail usually. So just keep an eye on Informed Delivery and I'm sure it will show up there soon.

We received Jaycel's Green Card on August 1st and the status on her case still says "Card Produced" with the tracking number, "UNAVAILABLE". LOL We saw it on informed delivery 2 days after it was produced. If you do an "Ask Emma" chat and ask for a live agent, you might be able to get the tracking number but that's all dependant on how helpful the agent you get wants to be

Yeah I did that too. She said wait 2 weeks for the tracking number to show up lol.
