Totally true and with good reason.

It to bad the CO who denies a petition can only say "the relationship is not real Or marriage is not bona  fide / when they may have seen things like the bene talking to several others  on social media telling others the same they say to the USC.  

One VJ member fought thru a long NOID with proofs (basically it was all proofs of what she did to satisfy immigration and the CR1 -mulptiple visits, going to his country to marry,  etc).    but he came, and as soon as he received the green card and was gone to his real GF in another city,

I suspect there are times the CO'S know things and a USC should check to see if her heart is wrong and she should trust the embassy.

 

i am one of the lucky ones to have gone thru a long visa process and be married to a good man for over 15 years but i see many who are not 

 

its a shame some people can ruin the chances or others but it is so and we at the mercy of immigration to feret out the bad ones
