From own experience... First i did not read your visa journey (sorry) but i did do mine as an AOS here in the USA. I did my medical at a doctor in dallas [ From the list of approved drs] and could not produce my child hood vaccinations. So i opted to get them all them and there again. Needless to say, i felt horrible for about a week, But the toll was greater on me body then my immigration process. Honestly I believe that they did not look at my medical until the interview which was months later.

All of his vaccines were a one dose except for the Hepatitis one, that was a 3 dose vaccine.

Some of the others can be multiple doses depending on your situation.  For example, my spouse got 2 doses of the MMR because we travel internationally frequently.  She got one with the panel Dr. and another at the health dept.
