Yes I will contact them to get that cleared. Thanks. Learned my lesson when they were asking for a letter of confirmation pertaining to the biometrics appointment. I did not know that without the interview appointment, biometrics gets cancelled. She showed up for the appointment not knowing it was cancelled which explains the letter was not sent. Yup there is a letter for everything with VSC. Thanks for the info.

Once she gets the visa in hand she’ll do the CFO right away. She can’t do it without the visa.

Appointment is not needed… hopefully you will have the SMS and/or email from USTravelDocs stating that it’s ready for pickup or at least have a screenshot of the “Issued” status from CEAC as security will want to see something that you have a legit reason to be there and you have something to pick up
