Please help with what to do when the medical expires because the visa is still processing to be delivered. The interview was approved on 7/1/25. No visa yet 14 days later. Medical expires 7/22. What do we do after the medical expires. Are there visa application expenses along with updating medical. What do we need and steps to follow. Your information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I found this:

US visa applicants with expired medical reports are required to undergo repeat medical examination which entails doing all the required examinations and tests again and paying the corresponding fees

Applicants are asked to confirm first with the US embassy if they are eligible to do a repeat medical examination.

source:

https://slec.ph/faq/us.php

use the keyword 'expire' to narrow it down.

maybe call SLEC if you have other inquiries.

Medical expires 7/22.

Contact the consulate.  The visa will expire when the medical exam expires.

I did via the inquiry form and they ignored it to explain that it is still in admin processing and did not address the medical expiring.

Your visa will expire no later than 7/22.  It still has to be issued, delivered, and entry into the US by that date.  I don't think it is going to happen.

I submitted to the inquiry what to do when the medical expires. We’ll see what they will say.

What does the CEAC status say?

Hopefully not just an automated date calendar. I never saw a receive status. It’s always been status ready since the beginning when NVC sent us the notice to prepare the DS160. Just wondering because others have mentioned it.

Wow! Can’t get any closer to 12pm departure on the 19th. I see on the scheduling portal that it says pick up. I made the change to save time. I hope it is correct. When it changes to issue it is already available to get it?
