hello so i’m kinda freaking out about this.. we sent out our i129f form and we’re waiting for our NOA1 but i just realized i made two small mistakes of one of the dates/screenshots i flew in to the usa as the beneficiary. we said february 10th everywhere (declaration of how we met, proof of relationship and some other written stuff) but on the flight confirmation and i94 records we added, it says february 12, which was the actual day i flew in there. and the second mistake is that i put the same flight confirmation screenshot for two separate different dates i was in the usa.. do you think this could lead to a rfe? or a rejection/denial? any advices would be greatly appreciated

It's an understandable mistake, you spend weeks or months looking over the same forms and documents, it's easy to not see the smallest errors. USCIS are human beings with common sense, but things have to be literal for them. That's why it's really important to quadruple check everything before submitting.

Your I-94 alone confirms your entry and exit into the US, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's not as if you said you travelled in March but the flights said October, it's just 2 days.

It would be advisable to expect an RFE asking for clarification, or evidence of you two meeting, but it should be simple enough to clear up with a revision to your supporting docs and maybe an amended letter confirming exact dates and explaining your oversight. Or maybe you won't get one, you'll just have to wait.

I'm confident that you won't get denied for this particular issue.

thank you so so much for your answer!! we added every picture and evidence we could to try to avoid a rfe but somehow we didn’t notice these two small mistakes even with the hundreds of revisions we did!
