My fiancée passed her interview on 7/1/25. How long is it taking to get the Visa? Will it be quicker to pick up or delivered. Delivery to Lubao, Pampanga. We elected delivery but will pick up if it will save time if it can be changed. She has her ticket booked to leave on 7/19, also medical expiring 7/22. We are waiting for the visa to complete the CFO class she has to attend. We are in a very close deadline and just wondering if we are going to meet her date of departure. We contacted NVC through inquiry form to get an up and informed them of the medical expiring and travel date. I pray for good news as we await. Please share your experience.

I believe it is too late to change from pickup to delivery - That has to be selected no later than the night before the interview. The delivery should only take a few days. What is the case status in CEAC Case Status Tracker right now?

Went there. Shows the original message that says Ready for scheduling interview. Nothing else.

Ok... What was the date of the last update on the status tracker? Next update will be "Application Received" which means that the file made it to the embassy's nonimmigrant visa section for processing. After that will be "Approved" and then "Issued". You should get it within a few days of when it is issued.

Congrats! 🎉
I hope you have a better chance as mine took almost a month.
My interview was June 10, CEAC changed to Application Received only by June 16 and Issued by July 3.
Then I just picked up my passport yesterday, July 7.
It will be faster if picked up at the VAC because once the CEAC status is "Issued", after 2 days, beneficiary will receive (expect about noon time) an email and sms that it is ready for pickup.
What I did was I immediately went to VAC as soon as I got the notice.
I am assuming that if it's via LBC, you will also get a notice that it is out for delivery but you will have to wait for another day or two, and the fee is P430.
Try to change it in usvisascheduling website if your status is not yet "Issued".
You can book a CFO appointment as early as the next day once you get your visa.

We are praying it will not take that long. Changing her flight schedule and medical exam will be costly. I’m understanding that she can complete her CFO on the day of booking. This is what I see when I checked CEAC status reads READY case created 10/3/24 updated 7/7/25. So NVC has it. You answered my question about changing the delivery. I will do that. A few days ago I tried logging in to the scheduling portal and I was blocked right away. Thanks and congratulations as well.

NVC doesn't have it.... The Embassy in Manila does. They are processing the visa
