With apprehensive optimism, we feel Dina's CFO Certificate is in the works. How does the certificate

evolve into a sticker??

It is not a physical sticker anymore.  Now it is a digital certificate.  It will be emailed to her immediately upon completion of CFO.  You can print the certificate and screen shot it but also save the email.  Sometimes they ask to see the email, not just the certificate, at departure.

Yes when Jaycel departed the Philippines to come here, the immigration officer told her to bring up the email from CFO that had the certificate attached and hand her the phone so she could open it herself

When she goes to fly out from the Philippines to the US, the Philippine Immigration officer will request it when she presents her passport at exit control.

No. CFO lady asked for my FBI clearance and a CENOMAR ON ME. Dina emailed those in yesterday.

I don't understand why the CFO cannot just ask for everything up front. Now they are asking for FBI and Cenomar clearances on the US citizen? I wonder if it's just power trip for some on the officers at the CFO office.

And I don't know what you would give them for a CENOMAR on a US Citizen since there is no such thing

Foreigners can get a CENOMAR.  They just apply at PSA like any Filipino.  PSA responds that the never heard of any such foreigner before. That's a CENOMAR.  I can't recall reports of CFO ever asking for one on the petitioner before so it does seem like a new level of harassment.  But, relatively easy to get
