Got oath ceremony scheduled in Troy mi. The letter mentions "No guests", does that mean even my spouse isn't allowed in with me?(in the building and/or in the ceremony room)

2. The paperwork mentions to bring all green cards you have received. (I never received 2 year green card and was given 10 yr card mistakenly at the time,I had filed I90 at the time  and timely removal of conditions which was approved with the n400) any other documents recommended to bring along even if not mentioned in the letter?

3. Most important things to do after the ceremony?

Any personal experiences are welcome.

I would go ahead and schedule a Passport appointment for the day after your oath ceremony.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I think it depends on your location.  In the Dallas area (and Texas) USPS (Post Office) and some county offices are passport application locations.  Generally, you just go to their site and schedule an appointment.  Make sure to check all the required documents and fees.

3. Make sure to update your status with SSA. Checkbox on N-400 is ignored.

@Crazy Cat already mentioned passport.

When applying for passport, I'd personally get large book. It's essentially same passport, just with more pages. This ensures you don't have to renew it as often due to running out of pages. Because it's same price, it was no brainer for me.

Passport card is a nice ID, if you can pay extra. I keep it in my wallet all the time.

a) It's additional proof of US citizenship in case if US passport or certificate is lost

b) It's immediate proof of citizenship for ICE / CBP in current climate that's easier to carry that passport or certificate

c) It doesn't have your address on it! So useful when hotels, hospitals, liquor stores, nightclub bouncers ask you for ID or make copies of it. This gives a bit more privacy.

d) It can be used for land border crossings between US and Canada / Mexico and some cruises.

e) Many states issue DLs / IDs that are valid for 5-8 years. Passport card is valid for 10 years.

Yep.  The regular books look pretty thin.
