Hi,

I'm preparing to send my wife's I-751 documents off tomorrow morning and I was just hoping for a quick review from my friends here at Visa Journey. =)

We live in Florida and I'm pretty sure we need to send the documents to the Service Center in Texas. Is this correct?

USCIS TEXAS SERVICE CETNER

P.O. BOX 850965

MESQUITE, TX

751185-0965

The documents we have compiled:

1. Three letters from family and friends attesting to our marriage and the fact we have a life together (Notarized).

2. Copy of my wife's permanent resident card

3. Copy of our marriage license

4. Copy of my 401K form with my wife as the first beneficiary designate

5. Copy of our joint Nissan auto loan account

6. Copy of voided check from our joint checking account

7. Copy of bank statement from our joint checking account

8. Copy of our State Farm Insurance card with both of our names

9. Copy of our State Farm Auto Insurance statement with both our names

10. Copy of our joint Federal Tax Returns from 2005 and 2006

11. Copy of my wife's Domincan Republic Passport showing her original VISA to enter the United States

12. Copy of my Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance showing my wife as the beneficiary

13. Copy of my Term Life Insurance showing my wife as the beneficiary

14. Over 10 photographs of the two of us shot in the past 2-3 years in different geographical locations.

Okay, that should do it. Is there anything I'm forgetting to include? I'll be using a U.S.P.S. Return Receipt and U.S.P.S. Certified Mail Receipt and placing everything in a cardboard supported large, manilla envelope.

Looks like you have more than enough documentation to show you have a legitimate marriage, with joint ownership, etc. The only other thing I can think of is a copy of your joint rental or mortgage documents.

Good luck for a speedy approval.

Hello!

First of all, good luck and a quick approval! The check will be payable to U.S.Department of Homeland Security

Along with the I-751 instructions there is this note: " Please spell out U.S.Department of Homeland Security, do not use initials as USDHS or DHS."

Please take a look at the complete instructions regarding the form I-751, here does follow the link.
