I brought few big binders under my armpits :) It is common so see lawyers doing the same. I did not bring a bag.

I wasn't asked definitions. Usually, only people who officer suspect have less proficiency in English may be asked these to ensure they understand the meaning of what they are saying... Officer may ask what does allegiance mean etc. And you'd say something along the lines: "it means being loyal"

Okay, thank you! 🙂

I hope, I'll get a nice officer, who just asks me the most basic questions. I tend to forget stuff when I get nervous 😅

Just not right before the interview 😉

So at my wife's interview, going over the yes and no (mostly no answers) on the N400 application the officer did stop at one point and asked my wife to repeat the question she had just been asked (to make sure she wasn't just saying no, no, no) to make sure she understood or was at least listening to what had been asked. She was also asked "what does it mean to you to defend the Constitution?"  (My wife did get the officer that already had a reputation for being the, let's just say, "unpleasant" one at that office) .

Wasn't planning on doing it before the interview 😆 but probably afterwards, once I get home lol

I had a somewhat "unpleasant" officer during my AOS interview. Never smiled, told me to stop looking through paperwork after he asked me about a detail of something (can't remember what it was) because otherwise I'll fail the interview for not paying attention... I hope, this time I'll get a nice officer 😅
