For the past two months, I have been unable to access my US travel document account. Each time I enter my login credentials, the system automatically logs me out, preventing me from accessing any services or documents. I emailed the US system support but have not received a response. I'm located in Bangladesh and have already created a new account on the updated portal, but the problem persists.

My visa interview is scheduled for September 23, 2025, and I am concerned about not being able to prepare or access the necessary documents. I urgently need guidance on what steps to take next to resolve this issue.

What do you think you need to log in for? Any pre interview info is usually publically available.

Yes,

In accordance with the new regulations for visa interviews in Bangladesh, authorities have implemented a mandatory letter requirement. Applicants cannot proceed with their interview without presenting this requisite documentation.
