Hello

I am preparing for my I-864 and Financial Evidence. One of the financial evidence is the pay stub. Is it correct that I need to submit my 6 month pay stubs? I paid weekly, so in a month I  have 4 pay stubs. Do I need to submit those 24 pay stubs to CEAC?

Thank you as always VJ family.

The instructions do state to submit 6 months of paystubs as supporting evidence of current income. I would follow the instructions to the letter in this current environment of enhanced scrutiny of immigration benefit applications. For Jaycel's AOS application I submitted a full 6 months of my paystubs with the I-864. I would highly recommend becoming an A+ student of the I-864 instructions as issues with that form are the most common reasons for RFE, 221g refusals and denials.
