ONLINE ACCOUNT NUMBER

Hello VJ family

 

I am about to fill up my I-864.  On Item 11 Sponsor’s USCIS Online Account Number. When I filed my Naturalization through online I received my receipt number and I created my USCIS online account. The instruction says "You have an online account number if you previously filed an application, petition or request online or by mail and received a receipt number that begins with IOE. If you filed a form online, you can find your OAN in your USCIS Online Account profile. If you mailed your form, we still created an OAN for you. You can find the number at the top of the USCIS Account Access Notice we sent you. The OAN is not the same as an A-Number. If you do not have a receipt number, beginning with IOE, you do not have an OAN.

 

I have an IOE (receipt number) but there's no Online Account Number. Should I just write N/A on item 11 Sponsor's USCIS Online Account Number?

Log into your online account, select "My USCIS". When that page loads, go to the top and select the dropdown menu for "My Account". In the dropdown, select "Profile" and you will find your online account number there
