How did you respond to the following DS-160 questions?

1. Do you have any specialized skills or training, such as firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological, or chemical experience?
Would you say YES if you have taken a safety course (2 days) about hunting rifles (non-restricted in Canada), but have no gun license or any experience in military or shooting ranges?

2. Have you belonged to, contributed to, or worked for any professional, social, or charitable organization?
Would you say YES for any volunteering even if it was as simple as folding clothes at a non-profit donation centre for 2 weeks?

Thanks guys!

Just my opinion:

1) I personally wouldn't consider basic safety as specialized training.

2) From what I've read, specific to this question, it is asking about organizations of political/religious connections.
