passport washed in the washing machine

how do i replace my passport, my passport page with picture is still in good condition, my I-94 just got wet and detached from passport, my visa is readable enough but brushed on the sides a little, do i have to replace this or it's ok as long as it's readable. if i'm going to replace it how and how much it would cost me? thanks a lot.

Claudeth had to have hers renewed and it was fairly painless but we live in California so went the to embassy in L.A. Good luck

Note there is a consulate in L.A. Embassies are always located in national capitals. So their Embassy is in Washington DC.

how about the one in Chicago, i will have biometric appointment Friday next week

it was an unlucky day i even left my right flip-flop left outside the car when i got in after a swimming in the lake, and so when we stopped at pricechopper i found out it was missing ang recalled i left it outside the car door, the lake is 1 1/2 hours away from where live

I suspect you will be fine with the washed one. as ling as the biometrics page was not damaged.

no page is really damaged just washed and just my visa picture a little blurry but the rest look like it was just crumpled

Doubt you will have a replacement by interview time, I would go to the interview with what you have, I suspect they will understand.
