hello,

I would like to have some information about K2.

we are now on K1 application and we listed our daughter name in G325 form as a requirement.

My daughter have a US pasport(4 years old) I would like to know if she still need to go for medical exam and pay for her. I dont think she needed a separate application for her since she's US citizen. Am I right? correct us if we are wrong.

Thank you..

You don't have it quite right. You should have also listed your daughter on the I-129F which is a "petition", not an "application". She will need her own visa application and medical exam and the associated fees do apply. However, you will recieve the applications and further instructions directly from the Consulate.

Oops Pushbrk! You don't have it quite right!

Daughter is a USC and basically only has to be listed in the forms as your daughter. She doesn't need a visa application or to do the medical.

Doesn't need CFO registration either.

She is not immigrating!

To beckypua, thank you too. and I was thinking the same, becuase she already acquired USC so i think she be exempted to other prcesses.

I think I fell asleep while reading and missed the US passport mentioned in the post. Of course, she'll just travel on her US passport. She's a citizen.
