Hi everyone,

My husband came on the HHP (Haitian Humanitarian Parole ) in January of 2023. He got approved for TPS and we have decided to file for his permanent residency. I am a little confused on what forms I should be filling. Do we file the I-130 and the I-485 at the same time ? Also are there additional fees to file the I-131 and I-765. We would like to travel to see family.

Topic moved to Adjustment of Status from Work, Student and Tourist Visas as you are not a K1.

I'd recommend next time when posting insert your filing type in the title of your post to get help from those in your category as it is a non common filing type.
