When did you file?

My friend received the same email last week, she filed May 11, 2024. Check under all tabs on your USCIS account for an approval letter.

You were right. Even though the case status shows it's still processing, I went back to check under the documents and the approval letter is there. Thanks! May 22, 2024 PD.

Never trust the status or estimates!

Yes! Never known it be accurate for anybody, all it does is cause worry and I wish they’d scrap it.

Just for one case though? Hopefully the other approval will be along soon. 🤞

Congrat.... What is your PD and Which service center?

That info is on @misaelcuello's timeline, click on that for details. If you can fill yours in too, to add to the body of knowledge on VJ, it would be much appreciated.

PD: May 31st 2024 and we have just been approved today 13th August. I could cry happy tears. Stay positive guys, praying for approvals for us all!

Congratulations! I'm sure it must have felt like eternity. You're pretty lucky though, it's not unusual for I-130 to take 17 months or so. 14.5 is pretty good.

Thank you soo much! Yes we feel so lucky and blessed that it took only 14.5 months, we initially were preparing for around 17 months. I hope they’re able to keep up the same pace and similar approval timeframes for everyone else too
