I-130 Online Error 'You may not be eligible' [merged threads]

Most people just type the name and address out on a piece of paper, but I guess that should work.

That's the way we always used to do it when filing on paper.  No reason why such an upload would not work.  By the way, which language?

Yeah I did thr same what we do for paper form when we submit. 
Language is Urdu.
